Planning Your Event

It's always best to book your event as far in advance as possible. Fees affordable and competitive and are dependent on the variables of your event, such as the total time of service needed-usually based upon the number of guests participating. Other components to consider are the date and time and type and number of entertainers needed; Face Fainters, Balloonist, DJ, Magician, Photographer etc). A non - refundable booking fee of $25 is required to reserve your date and is applied to the total event charge. Estimate the cost of your event; Minimum $125 1 hour-approximately 12-15 kids, 1 entertainer. Volume discounts for multiple hours & entertainers will be applied.

Before, During and After

 

Entertainers and Artists will arrive 15 minutes early for set up and be professionally dressed for the occasion. They will bring all necessary equipment and supplies to your event. They will take the time prior to the start of your event to understand any special requests or circumstances that need to be taking into consideration. Our entertainers love what they do and it shows. We will give indication of when it's getting close to wrap up as to make sure everyone who wants to get a design, will get a design. All materials used are water based, non-toxic, hypo-allergenic and FDA approved. They go on easy and wash off easily and quickly with a baby wipe or simple soap and water. Our entertainers will completely clean up the area after the event. Break down will not begin prior to the contracted end time of your event.

How much does it cost?

Face Painter $150 per hour

Balloon Twister $150 per hour

Temporary or Glitter Tattoo Artist $150 per hour

Magic Hat Creation Artist $125 per hour

 

(Note that there is a $25 discount per hour per artists for events lasting 2+ hours or if booking more then 1 entertainer.)

 

How many entertainers do I need?

Generally, 1 artist per every 12-15 people.

 

When do I need to book your services?

We try to accommodate last minute requests within 48 hours of the event. However the sooner you book the better. Generally 4 -6 weeks in advance is typically recommended.

 

What areas do you service?

We work in the greater Metroplex and beyond. Denton to Desoto and Fort Worth to Rockwall. There is no travel charges added if the event is within 30 miles of downtown Dallas.

 

What other special event services do you offer?

We have several professional entertainers and event suppliers we work with. Many will afford professional discounts for referrals. Let us know what you need to make your event sensational and chances are we can put you in touch with the perfect provider.
